Service Description
This is a fully customized, private yoga experience designed around your body, your energy, and your needs. Sessions may blend a variety of vinyasa, yin, restorative, yoga nidra, meditation, and somatic, trauma-informed movement to support both physical release and deeper inner awareness. Rather than following a set sequence, your practice is guided in real time to help you build strength, soften tension, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable. Sessions may also include breathwork, sound, or Reiki to deepen relaxation and integration.
