Service Description
This is an active, guided breathwork experience designed to support deep emotional and energetic release. Using a continuous, intentional breathing technique, you’ll be guided to move beyond the thinking mind and into the body—where stored tension, emotion, and patterns can begin to shift. This is not a passive or relaxing practice. It is a powerful, supported experience that may include an optional vocal release to help move energy and emotion through the body. Each session is held in a safe, grounded space and closes with time for rest, integration, and reflection.
