Cancelation Policy
At Saucha Living, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can serve each client with care and reliability, we require a 50% deposit of the total service quote amount to secure your organizing session. For consultations, full payment of the $150 fee is required at the time of scheduling to confirm your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you. For organizing projects, cancellations made within seven (7) days of your scheduled service may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We know that plans can shift, and we always aim to remain flexible. Should your project timeline or needs change, we’ll discuss any necessary adjustments together before moving forward.
